This Privacy Policy explains how White & Co Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) — the company behind LogoFounder (logofounder.com) — collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website and our logo-design, brand-kit and trademark services (the “Service”).

1. Who we are

LogoFounder is a product of White & Co Limited, a company registered in Gibraltar under company number 126602, with its registered office at Unit 1-3 Irish Place, Irish Town, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA. We are the controller of your personal data. You can contact us at any time at info@whiteco.io.

2. What data we collect

• Information you give us: your email address, and the business name, tagline, industry, keywords and design choices you enter to generate a logo; any details you provide when you contact us or request trademark or API/partner services.
• Payment information: when you buy, payment is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe processes it and shares only confirmation of payment and limited billing information with us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic server logs, used to operate and secure the Service.
• Browser local storage: we store your email and your current design in your browser so we can restore your work when you return from the payment page. This is functional storage, not an advertising cookie.

3. How we use your data, and our legal basis

• To provide the Service — generate and save your logos and deliver your files and brand kit (performance of a contract).
• To process your payments and orders (contract; legal obligation).
• To provide the trademark clearance and registration services you request (contract).
• To save your work under your email and contact you about your designs or order, and — where permitted — to send occasional product updates you can opt out of (legitimate interest / consent).
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse and improve it (legitimate interest).
• To comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share data with

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf, and we do not sell your personal data:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• xAI (Grok) — if you use AI symbol generation, the text prompt you enter is sent to xAI to create an image. Please don’t include personal data in prompts.
• Hosting & infrastructure providers who run our servers on our behalf.
• White & Co Ltd / Vailure — for the trademark clearance and registration services you choose to request.

5. International transfers

Some providers (for example Stripe and xAI) may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the Service and fulfil your order, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. We delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed, or earlier on your request where we have no legal reason to keep it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the EU/UK GDPR and the Swiss FADP — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@whiteco.io. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
